What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages or forms you send us. If you are a client, we also collect the information needed to build and maintain your website, such as your business hours, menu and contact details.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you asked for.
- To send service-related text messages and emails you have agreed to receive, such as appointment reminders, project updates, and order or lead notifications for your business.
- To send occasional information about our services, only if you have opted in.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our website host, email provider, and messaging platform, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Keeping and protecting it
We keep your information as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as long as needed to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing elitewebautomations@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
